Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@lunaloft.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
